You can buy remedies individually from supermarkets, health shop, chemists and homeopathic pharmacies, or you may find it cheaper to buy remedy kits, available from Ainsworths or Helios pharmacies

The Materia Medica in this section is aimed primarily at first aid and acutes prescribing, and so does not have the full picture for constuitutional prescribing. Some symptoms will refer obviously only to adults and others will not apply to the condition you are looking up. This is why learning basic materia medica properly can make choosing a remedy much easier when in a hurry.
